What We Provide
Troubleshooting Visit
A troubleshooting visit consists of coming to your home and diagnosing what may be going on with your computer or device. And then if the problem is strictly software related and can be fixed we will fix it. If it is hardware damage then we will offer recommendations and offer solutions and help you get all you need to get it fixed.

Computer hardware or smart device installation
This service consists of us coming to your home and connecting your device to internet, downloading any additional software needed and making sure it is set and ready to use.

Training Visit
This service consists of us coming to your home and providing one on one training provided on the device or software you want to learn. This can be done in visits as short as 1 hour and up to 4 hours. Documentation of training can be provided at an extra charge.

Preventative Maintenance
This service will take care of all needed hardware and software drivers. It will also update virus programs and run all necessary maintenance to free up storage and make your computer run better and prevent viruses and personal data loss.
